The first artist we’re hitting you with is the Australian duo Client Liaison. These guys have been putting out tracks off and on since 2012, and finally released their six song self-titled EP this past December. This is a band who is very committed to the 80’s aesthetic and we love that about them. From their songs, to their videos, to their website it’s all very, very, very 80’s.
The track “Queen” is one of the EP’s highlights and is a little less upbeat than the rest of their tracks. “Queen” starts off with some mid tempo synths and adds in some guitar riffs and horns as it builds. The accompanying music video cuts between a raucous studio jam sesh and a nonsensical love story for the ages.

The next Client Liaison track that needs to be heard is “Feed the Rhythm.” This joint is about as dancey and bangin’ as they come. “Feed the Rhythm” begs to be played after crushing that spanish 101 exam or during that brutally boring baby shower. There’s not a whole lot I can say about the music video except that I love it a whole bunch, it’s like nothing I’ve ever seen before, and that I hope it doesn’t distract you from the song itself.
